Beautiful farm with comfortable house, with a maximum capacity of 24 people, containing 4 suites (all with shower heaters), 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom in the guest wing and another suite for a maid. Balcony, living room with TV, fireplace and toilet. Large American kitchen integrated into the dining room. Games room with barbecue, bar, toilet, table tennis, pool and foosball. Caretaker's house, Minas Gerais kitchen with wood stove and pizza oven. Kennel, chapel, nurseries with peacocks and rabbits. Lush garden and orchard constantly visited by friendly squirrels, playground, dollhouse of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, soccer field, clay tennis court, and bocce court. Integrated pool with barbecue, bathrooms and changing rooms.
