The Space:

*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***



When it comes to a long-awaited getaway, there is no better place than this oceanside oasis! With uninterrupted views of the emerald water from nearly every room and the balcony, the beachgoers in the group will be in paradise knowing that the sand is mere steps away. Before heading out for some sun-kissed skin and salty air, hop into the fully equipped kitchen and treat the whole gang to a classic breakfast to fuel up for a full day ahead. When the day heats up, throw on your favorite swimsuit and head down to the shared pool for an afternoon of lounging and the occasional dip in the refreshing water. For even more fun, simply walk over to the shore for a day of reading on the sand or make your way to the shared fitness facility to get a quick workout in! Returning to home base each night will be a treat, as everyone will love the cooling AC, free WiFi, and flatscreen TV awaiting them for a movie night!

Great Stay!

Place was great! This is our 3rd year in a row at Azure. First time booking a property that was managed by a pm company. Besides our unit not being eligible for early check in or late check out (airlines changed both flights), everything was awesome!

Property manager told us that renovations would be on-going with no specific details at time of rental. A few days before our arrival the property manager gave specifics about the renovations which included concrete grinding. We had no idea how loud the concrete grinding would be and that it would last every weekday from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Family vacation

Booked this place because of the views and use of bedroom space. Surpassed our expectation. Looks just like the pictures, only bigger than appears. Elevators are near the door making it easy to go down to the pool/beach. This is on the 3rd level, you have access to the parking garage on the 2nd level. Check in and out is super easy. This place is walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and the pier. We had a great time during our stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely unit

This unit was so nice and had everything we needed. It was updated, clean, and easy access to everything. It was near the elevator which made it nice if you had to run up from the beach or pool to get something. It was situated in the middle area of the condo so you could watch kids easily in the pool from the balcony. The master bed and bath were amazing and so comfortable. All the beds were super comfy. We loved having a laundry room and a bathroom for every bedroom was super nice. The condo was walking distance to a few restaurants, ice cream, and surf shops which we liked as well. We didn't love the grills because we like charcoal better and they were far from the pools and stuff. One of the elevators was broken for a day which made it slow going up and down. Overall it was an amazing trip. We do hope prices go back down though for the emerald coast otherwise we won't be able to frequent it as often.
