The place was clean and had everything we needed. We are repeat guest at the Edgewater and this condo was the best one we have stayed at!

This villa was perfect for our little getaway. The home was very clean, great amenities, great location, and easy access to the beach. The owners were very helpful with everything and easy check in and out. We will for sure stay again.

The condo is as pictured. The air is cold. The beds are comfy. The main issue we had was communication with our host. This part was no big deal..but we were given 3 different access codes for initial entry and really no one available to address that..but we managed to get in with a portion of one of the codes! One of the recliners was in a flat reclined position when we arrived and just so they wouldn’t think we damaged it..I reported. It was never repaired and in the same position when we left. The hall bathroom had a black moldy area in the back of the vanity resulting in a strong mold odor in all of the towels and washcloths inside I began trying to contact the host right after we checked in to bring us another batch of towels, etc. as no one would care to use the ones that we had. The cabinet had a very strong odor and housekeeping could have avoided that issue by not placing clean items in there. And alerting the host. It was about mid day the next day before those items were swapped out. The cabinet needs cleaning and a coat of Kilz before the next guest. If the host would have responded this would have never escalated to a bad review as I understand that things just happen..I was messaging the host but seemed to be AI generated responses. I called the 800 numbers that were provided as well. I’m not one to complain about minor issues but the main point I’m making is if you want to have a good and responsive host this may not be the one.
