Really enjoyed our stay!! On thing that is a little discouraging us the elevator service from the top floors. It was always packed and stairs had to be used almost every time. We were in the 7th and could not imagine higher.

This was horrible we get there first off extra charges . No wifi connections, elevators out. Drains would not drain and hot water took forever to get hot. As much as we paid we still had to pay for resorts fees also . So no we want be back .

There is an extra/hidden fee for pool access with parking pass. This should be advertised up front. Room was clean, but kitchen sink is often clogged. Had to used plunger twice to clear it. The fan vacuum on top of toilet is not working.Balcony door for master room was not able to open even after switching the door latch.
