Our beautiful 2-room holiday apartment with a lake view is located on the ground floor, measures approximately 50 square metres, and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children under 14 years of age. It has been furnished in a modern and tasteful style and offers Wi-Fi internet access.

A hallway leads you into the living room. Here you’ll find a couch, a table with armchairs, and a modern flat-screen TV. The kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a dining table with chairs here. The couch in the living room can be converted into a bed for the two children.



From the window, you have a direct view of the Seedorfer Beek and the harbour!



The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a closet. Upon request, a travel cot and a high chair can be provided here. 

Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with linens, and fresh towels will be provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink and has natural light.

Guests staying in the holiday apartment have access to a terrace with a garden table, a beach chair, and seating. A barbecue area is available for shared use with other guests at the resort.

Our five beautiful and modernly furnished two-room holiday apartments—some with a lake view (max. 4 adult guests and one child in a travel cot, separate entrance, 37–50 square metres, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, Wi-Fi, terrace with beach chair) are situated in a quiet location surrounded by greenery and lie directly at the confluence of the Having River and Lake Neuensien in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.




With a fascinating view of the idyllic sailing harbour, the hunting lodge, or the Having River, you can let your thoughts wander in complete relaxation...

The holiday apartments are located on the ground or upper floor of a holiday home, are situated in a quiet area, and offer opportunities for sunbathing, barbecuing, sports, and games right on the property. There is a small fish pond on the property. It’s only about 3,000 metres to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea. There’s also a small swimming spot in Seedorf.



The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, along with its district of Seedorf, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. There are numerous biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

The town centre of the Baltic Sea resort is approximately 2,500 m away, and the small train station for the “Rasender Roland” is about 3,000 m away. In the centre, a variety of shops, stores, 4 supermarkets, the AHOI water park with a sauna area, and many restaurants invite you to linger.

Guests of these holiday apartments can park for free in a public car park located approximately 50 metres away. A lockable storage area for bicycles is also available. Rental bicycles can be delivered directly to the property upon request. The public transit bus stop is approximately 1,500 metres away.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
