Cute place. A little hard dragging your stuff from the parking lot. There's not a lot of spaces right now. They do have some construction but it's not loud and it didn't bother us. The good thing was is it wasn't steps and going to the beach. It was close and you opened the gate, walked on the deck and just walked down a few steps. It wasn't too bad. I have a lot of try to get on with my knees and it wasn't too bad for me. Then it leads out to the beautiful beach and water. It's a very nice location and we had a lot of fun. Would definitely come here again.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
First of all upon arrival the building was under construction which we knew but we did not realize how rundown the property was. The pictures listed showed the property in Pristine condition but it was not and it was unclean. The dumpster was in the entry of the parking lot and was overflowing even had garbage outside because it would not fit. It was advertised 2 pools but this unit only had access to one pool. Not all of the water and dryers were in working condition for the unit so you would have to go to each floor to see which one was working. When entering the unit it was unclean and smelled bad. You couldn’t even sit on the patio because the workers had trash and their ladders in the bushes. To top it off it was not only unclean but it was infested with roaches. If they weren’t climbing on the wall they would shoot out under the dishwasher in the kitchen. We went and bought traps. We did take pictures and sent to the host and was very helpful and got pest control to come that day to spray.

Thank you, Jon, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us understand where we can improve. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay was impacted by the construction and the cleanliness issues you encountered. That’s not the standard we strive for, and we take full responsibility for it. We’re glad to hear that our team was responsive in getting pest control out to address the roach issue, but we know that shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place. We’re committed to ensuring our homes are well-maintained and comfortable for our guests, and it’s clear we fell short during your visit. Your comments about the property’s condition and the pool access are also noted, and we will work to ensure that our listings accurately reflect the current state of our homes. We want every guest to feel welcomed and at ease, and we’re sorry that wasn’t your experience. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. We’re dedicated to making improvements and providing the quality stay that you deserve. Thank you again for your insights.
