Come to this beautiful, Romantic Mountain retreat walking distance to Beautiful Payette Lake, McCall Golf Course and the town of McCall. 5 minute drive to 3 Ski Hills, Bike Trails, Hiking Trails or Wine Bars. You will find yourself high in the treetops, watching the pines swaying in the wind, the beautiful Pines. In winter, the mountain tops across the lake will shimmer with frost.

This is a perfect romantic get-a-way. Wake in the morning to the sun coming over the mountains across . In fall, reds and yellows against the dark green on the mountainsides or right outside the window engulf you with the wonder of fall. In summer, Biking, Golfing, Hiking, Fishing or just shopping or dining at one of many lakeside Restaurants. Cook your favorite gourmet meals in our kitchen or BBQ out of the Double French Doors Basking in the dappled sun on the deck is always wonderful. Indoor Pool, Gym, Hot Tub in the Winter. In the Summer 3 outdoor Pools and several Tennis Courts!

Exploring in comfort

My wife and I spent five enjoyable weeks at Janice's condo. We found it to be extremely clean and attractive upon our arrival. The condo is located about one mile from downtown McCall in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. The unit is attached to other condos on both sides but we never heard them. It was very quiet and secluded throughout our stay. The development is comprised of small groups of attached condos spread throughout a large greenbelt. The complex has a summer only outside pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and a clubhouse with indoor pool and gym. The condo has a level floor with steep stairs that lead to a very large bedroom loft. The main floor has: 1. fully furnished kitchen. 2. dining area with table setting for four people. 3. attractively furnished living room with large screen cable television. 4. bedroom with queen bed and dresser. 5. full bathroom with tub/shower. 6. small anteroom holding a vanity with sink,and a washer and dryer. The loft has: queen bed, dresser, desk, television and closet but no bathroom facilities. The wifi has a strong signal and I had no internet problems. There is parking for one car in the driveway but there is designated parking throughout the complex. We found Janice to be very friendly and helpful. She answered our texts/emails within minutes. We recommend this condominium and would return. Cons: 1. uncovered parking. 2. steep stairs to loft. 3. unit not air conditioned. 4. hot showers last 15 minutes.

Not what was expected.

The property was advertised as sleeping 6 with 2 bathrooms. It only slept 4 (we had 3 guests and hoped we each had our own bed), and there was 2 sinks but definitely not 2 bathrooms! The owner had most of the cupboards locked so really wasn't any room for groceries, etc. The stairs going up to the bedroom loft were VERY steep and a little treacherous for adults, much less kids. The instructions left on the coffee table more or less threatened what would happen if there was any damage, etc., not inviting or welcoming at all. Had several texts from owner our first day worried about how many kids we had and that they might get into her flower beds. We had some company over (my daughter and family who live in McCall) for a short time that morning and owner accused us of lying about how many people were going to be staying there. She either had neighbors reporting back to her that we had more than 1 kid there or there are cameras installed in the property. Owner is much too paranoid about having people stay at her place (there are a lot of personal items). My feeling is that she should not be renting this out. Started our trip off on a bad note, we only came back to property to sleep.

A great find!

This was our first time using VRBO and were very pleased with the experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and centrally located to area activities. We hope to stay here again.

We only want to rent to people that will respect this is our Family home that we come home to twice a year.
