Great off season rental

This condo is well appointed and has modern updates. We enjoyed the views from the top floor balcony out over the gulf. Being the off season there was plenty of parking in the parking garage on-site. The building is well located near local attractions. The beach chair service was a great asset. We would definitely stay here again.

Top shelf on the top floor!

My family of 4 really enjoyed this condo on a 5 day visit. It was our first experience with Vacasa, and we would definitely return and vacation again with both. The condo was clean and well supplied with towels, wash clothes, hand towels. It's on the top floor (so great views), and the 4 elevators were fairly quick most of the time. The small fee for parking was worth it because we always found a convenient spot in the on-site garage-easy access to elevators. Vacasa's staff was available and excellent and was quick to address any small issues we had. Suggestions--Bring some plastic ware/paper plates unless you can run the dishwasher between meals because there's only enough utensils/plates/bowls for one large meal. We would definitely stay at this condo again!
