The condo was excellent. It was nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was good quality. The kitchen was great, with more/better cookware and kitchen tools than the average rental. Parking was easy. It was nice to have the little restaurant/bar on site. All the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Very clean, comfortable beds and TONS of room. We were nervous about elevator waits being on the 23rd floor, but it was never an issue. Would love to stay again.
This property and our stay was amazing! Plenty of space and storage to go around. The kitchen and property was well stocked with everything we needed! The beach access was perfectly close and easy. Thanks again, we can't wait to go back!
Condo was exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and beautiful. Gorgeous view! The mattresses were a bit hard but doable. Our only complaint would be the elevators - depending on the time of day they were super slow.
Everything was clean and nice. One of the cleanest condos we’ve stayed at. The tidewater itself was very nice. Our room and bed was nice and clean. The bathroom floor grout didn’t even look discolored. Appliances were new and nice. The fridge was spotless. Would definitely stay there again. Check in and check out process was super easy.

Not good
Staff was rude and the elevator situation is terrible
The area around the hotel seems to be under some development but the beaches were beautiful and pools clean with wonderful beach views. Beds were comfy, unit felt like a home away from home! The elevators were slow during peak times but we were unbothered by this.
Overall this was a well appointed rental unit. We had a few issues such as: no hairdryer as listed, thermostat was locked at a certain temperature, bottom rack of dishwasher damaged-unable to pull out. A hairdryer was obtained for us and the thermostat issue resolved - I desire the freedom to control my temp in a rental just like at home! Overall, management team was responsive and easy to work with!
The condo was beautiful and very clean. My major complaint is the time it took to get an elevator. There were 7 total elevators on the premises and 2 of them were down for maintenance during our stay. We stayed on the 23rd floor and traveled with a toddler which made taking the steps near impossible. Each time we took the elevator, it was so crowded due to people cramming in knowing it would take awhile to catch the next one. Other than the elevator issue (which made leaving the condo kind of dreadful) everything else at the resort was clean.

I can tell this used to be a very nice unit, but now it's just decent. The sofas were dingy (dirty in several places), the shower curtain rod looked like it was about to fall down, and the livingroom drapes Did come down. There's random unpainted holes in the walls from where the shower curtain rod used hang, and holes where decor used to hang. The caulk around the tub is cracked and separated. There were also long hairs mixed in several of the towels and washcloths. It's definitely time for a refresh! I've been coming to Tidewater for years, so I know things could be better.
My family of 6 fit perfectly in this condo, and we had tons of space to move around. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The beds were very comfortable and the master bath and closet were huge. There weren’t any dressers in the rooms so we didn’t have many drawers to unpack our suitcases. The kids had a great time roaming the condo, hanging in the lobby, and watching the movies in the theatre. Once we arrived, it was a little hectic trying to get checked in, obtain a luggage cart then it took an hour to get up the elevator to our room. One of the elevators was broken but the next day it was fixed and the wait time for the elevators improved a lot. The condo did not allow early check in, so everyone was there and trying to get their luggage carts to their rooms at the same time, so this process was frustrating. The only downfall in my opinion. Overall this condo was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Rm 2305 was absolutely immaculate. Very clean and spacious. We had plenty of supplies and then some. Balcony views were stunning especially watching the fireworks.
The resort itself, we were impressed with the security and so many things on site from Starbucks, ice cream, restaurant, pools, movie theater, work out room, spa room… so much it was wonderful.
The only complaints we have is the elevators we were waiting 15-20 minutes for. We were also there during the Holiday weekend.
Also the beach chair rental was great but the resort makes you go down each morning and reregister for a chair. You have to wait in the line to get a different set of chairs everyday. They didn’t tell us until day 3 when someone tried to kick us out. It got ugly with the people. They need a sign up or they need to tell you when you sign in.
Very minor but overall this was the best place we’ve stayed at hands down. We will return.
The condo was great ! It had all been redone. We loved our stay in the condo. But the elevators was a problem. You had a long waiting period to get one. They needed to have all of them working. They only had one pool open .The other one was closed for maintenance for the 4 days we was there. Then on the third night my son started to take a shower. We had no water in the condo. Tried to get hold of someone by phone and never got an answer. I went downstairs and the security told me they was putting in a hot water heater and the water was off in the whole building. That didn't make sense. Our water was off for about 1 hour and half. If they are a Resort I think they could do better. Best part was the condo and the beach.
Pros:
1. Condo is gorgeous and super clean.
2. View from condo is breathtaking.
3. Cozy furniture on balcony.
4. Location of resort is great. Very close to Pier Park.
5. Beach is beautiful and the included beach set up was a plus.
Cons:
1. The elevators are terrible. Takes forever to get one and we got stuck in one the second day there. Seems like a fairly common occurrence.
2. The elevators and parking made it a chore to leave the resort.
3. The pictures of the pools, spa, fitness room look much nicer than they actually are.
4. The pools were ice cold and the lounge chairs were old and need to be replaced. No umbrellas for shade.
My 4 star review is mainly for the accommodations. The condo truly is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It’s unfortunate that the resort itself needs some maintenance.

Great place bad management
It was a struggle to find my room I didn’t know what floor it was on it should be made more specific in the email which she received the day of the booking which for me is really late and I should’ve been told this when I booked a room almost 2 months before and I was sending messages through the app with no response I had to call the day before and that’s when they told me I would receive an email the day off and the lady said it like if I should’ve known that when I got there the room is as expected only thing is that it smelled kind of like pool water or just wet they should do something about that maybe carpet cleaning or clean the rugs in the bathroom other than that the room was great and the hotel is nice just what I expected when I looked it up. First day there I was really upset though because check-in was not easy for me I didn’t get much detail from the management. But I had a great time I got over it
