The Space:

High Pointe 1112 This ground floor condominium is nestled within the private gated resort of High Pointe in beautiful Seacrest right between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



The home accommodates up to eight guests and boasts a view of the lagoon-style pool. Your family and friends will be just a short stroll from the crystal-clear Gulf waters so be sure to use the full kitchen to crank out lots of lunches for hours of sun and sand. The outside patio is perfect for catching up on a good book or with good friends.



Crabby Steve’s restaurant is located onsite. There are also a ton of great places to visit right next to the resort such as Grits & Grind, a short walk away, where you can get an awesome smokehouse scramble or southern style eggs benedict. Grab a slice to go from Pizza by the Sea at Seacrest Beach, also walking distance. There are also plenty of ice cream and coffee shops, and snack, jewelry, and t-shirt purveyors available as well. Less than a mile away, you'll find the shops of 30Avenue. 10-miles east, check out Pier Park in Panama City Beach with all kinds of great activities and attractions.

Overall we love High Point. This is the fifth time we have stayed here and the location is perfect. The beach is amazing and crabby Steve’s is terrific. I love this unit on the ground floor

We could not have asked for a better experience. The unit was clean, comfortable, and was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. We will definitely be back!

Incredible location and comfortable condo

This is a great location if you have young kids. Everything in the surrounding neighborhoods are a convenient walk or bike. Bottom floor is close in proximity to pool, playground, tennis courts, and quick walk to the beach. The condo is very comfortable. My only complaint is the condo needs better curtains in the master room to block light.

Great access to the beach and very nice location

The property did not come equipped with simple necessities, such as toilet paper and paper towels. Some of the glasses in the cabinet had lipstick around the edges. One of the mattresses had a large dip in the middle and was not comfortable. Lighting is dark and a bit gloomy. I would stay in the area again, just not in this unit.

Perfect location for a beach getaway

I booked this unit for a beach trip with my wife and two young boys just before Thanksgiving and could not have asked for a better setup. The location and private beach access (with daily chairs and umbrella setup) cannot be beat, especially when you see how crowded Rosemary beaches are. The pool is right outside your door and the beach is a few steps away. The condo itself is very comfortable with good space. Kitchen was well stocked and functional and we had no issues at all with the AC. The photos are accurate in showing the space. While the door is code-protected, there is no security lock or deadbolt from the inside so we had to block the door each night so our toddler wouldn't try to go back out to the beach... The facility, as a whole, did feel very safe for parking, walking around or biking. Overall, this is a great unit in a fantastic location and we will absolutely be coming back again.
