We love the location of this condo and the size of the condo was just right for our family of 4. I especially loved the amazing views from the balcony! The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are definitely a plus as well.

The condo was very nice and had all that we needed to cook a meal and more! I would definitely come back! With Publix grocery so close by, we enjoy cooking many meals and eating out occasionally. This was our third stay at Pelican Isle, different condo.

This place was great! The location was in a good spot, not too crowded like other places can be. The condo was just as pictured and the check in/out process was easy. My kids LOVED the fact that each bunk bed had a tv. We would definitely love to stay here again!

When Sally came for a visit

In spite of Hurricane Sally’s visit, we enjoyed our 6 nights in #209 thanks to the owner’s concern for our well being and a lovely, clean, well furnished, comfortable condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Great value for a family with kids!

The bunk beds made me a little nervous though since no railing. I used a pillow to prop the mattress up. I loved how easy the check in/out process was!!! The code entry made it easier than other condos I’ve stayed at! The beach was very pleasant!

Beachside Bliss

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle. The condo was clean and met our needs perfectly. The property was very family friendly yet peaceful and quiet at night! The fitness center was closed for remodeling, but that didn't effect our stay. We enjoyed the wonderful views of the fireworks from the pier and the kids had a blast walking to the end of the beach to hunt for crabs! We will definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends!

Nice facility

We loved staying at Pelican Isle. The hot tub was steamy, the beach was beautiful, and the room was nice. I frequently saw staff cleaning the premises. While we were the the parking deck was being repainted and their was some maintenance work taking place on the front of the building, but it wasn’t to distracting. The decor of the room could be updated, but we had everything we needed and a perfect time away.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. I was a little bummed that the gym was out of commission due to damage from hurricane Sally. I was able to work up a sweat walking the beach so it all worked out! There was a small issue with our door code upon check-in, but we got that sorted out rather quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

You’ll love this property!

My husband and I stayed at this property. We actually just got back. We had a fantastic time and cannot say enough good things about it. We loved the condo. It was clean, right on the beach, and even though it only had 1 bedroom, there was 2 bunk beds in hall and I think the sofa made a bed. 2 bathrooms and the kitchen had almost everything you would need. Tvs everywhere, along with internet service. I loved this place and hope to go back soon.

We had a great time. The location was perfect, room clean and comfortable, only suggestion would be to replace the master bedroom fan with one that has a light in it. Lightning in that room was the only thing that drove me crazy. Found myself wanting to turn on more lights other than the nightstand lamps. This was minor though! We loved it and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Ft Walton Beach.

Great location for small family!

This was our first stay at this location, and we loved it! Initially, we planned to have our family of 4 and ended up adding 2 other adults. The two full bathrooms were key to making this work! The kids loved the bunk beds, but full sized adults could have also used them easily. The only complaint I have is the lint trap on the dryer was broken, and it was difficult to get the dryer going on multiple occasions. Other than that, the unit had everything we needed, and the view was fantastic!
