The Space:

With the ability to host large gatherings, group vacations, and even weddings, Beach Estate East is a family reunion favorite no matter what! You will have a sparkling private pool to enjoy on the sundeck that overlooks an expansive section of beachfront in Fort Morgan. Ample seating both indoors and outdoors makes reconnecting with family and friends a breeze. This home is also dog friendly!



The interior has been thoughtfully upgraded with all-new living and dining room furniture, plus there is a custom bar on the deck surrounded by upscale outdoor lounge furniture. When you come, bring your lovely dog, as this amazing retreat welcomes dogs.



The main living space is located on the second floor of the home. Here, guests will find an upgraded living space with an inviting living room with a large smart TV and comfortable sofas; a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, mini-fridge, stove, and oven; and two dining areas that comfortably seats entire groups and families. The beachfront balcony with bar seating is just perfect for alfresco snacks and meals with the beach and Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop. This level also includes one bedroom.



Walk upstairs to the third level, where guests will find four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are primary suites that face the Gulf. And last, but not least, the upper level hosts the third spacious primary suite with a private deck and an en suite bathroom, and a separate family room with a large smart TV and a full-size fridge.

We enjoyed the property. A few cosmetic repairs need to be taken care of in the off-season. We had a minor issue with the elevator and the call center was absolutely worthless! Local team took care of things and we had an excellent stay.

The Best location

This property was literally the best! Our group of 15 had the best time! The only thing missing was deck chairs on the second floor balconies. Pool, beach, parking, and enough space for us all to relax. We will be back for sure!

Annual Family Beach Vacation

This was the second time my family has gone on vacation together. We had 16 adults and 5 kids, and this house was big enough to hold us all. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced, but there were plenty of bath towels. We had perfect weather for this time of year, although the sand flies were aggravating.

45th class reunion

The check-in was not smooth. Three different codes had to be tried before we gained access to the house. Then the elevator on the West side was not work. Jack repaired it quickly. Beautiful house and views. Spacious accommodations and well stocked kitchen.

Winter Get Away

Overall we had a great time. The property was big enough for everyone to have their own spaces. It also gave us lots of space to be all together. The beach and weather were beautiful even for January and a much needed change from our snowy home state - Michigan. The home was a distance from most shopping and restaurants but that forced our teens to hang out with the family! It wasn’t a very busy time of year and we mostly had the beach to ourselves. Maybe because it was off season the restaurants, shopping and attractions were not super busy which was perfect.

This was a great house and layout for a large group. The kitchen was well-stocked and they had a separate ice maker and drink fridge. The beach was just 50 feet from the back of the house. The furniture was comfortable and seemed relatively new. The pool was great to have for the kids when the jellyfish started stinging. And it is a duplex, but we didn't hear the other guests unless we went outside. There is a charcoal grill available even though it's not listed, and both a k-cup and regular coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer. I do agree with other reviewers to bring extra blankets for the beds, as the comforters are basically sheets and they have no extra bedding. They also had no oven mitts in the kitchen, we had to use hand towels. And there are no beach toys or chairs available as per some houses. Another bonus was they had nice, thick curtains on all of the bedroom windows. We will definitely plan to stay here again if it is available!

Definitely had mis communication for our wedding and booking. Thought, we had the whole house but only had one side. But the property manager was AMAZING and helped us figure out all the issues we had. It is a great wedding venue overall. But make sure you have full clarification when booking.

Best ever family vacation home !

We had a great week with family at the beach. This rental is phenomenal . I was told there wasn’t a keurig or grill. This is incorrect . There is a pod coffee maker and regular coffee maker and a charcoal grill . My only complaint was that we had three different repair companies show up unannounced and I think the property manager should let the occupants know when that is happening . These were all related to complaints make by prior renter

Location, location, location!

It is a bit of a drive to town, but we enjoyed the distance, and the fact this property is ON the beach. Not near it. ON it. Dog friendly too. We had no issues with using the elevator as reported in some reviews. We would agree the property condition needs a little attention. Burned out light bulbs, moldy shower curtain, furniture was low grade and looked like it had seen better days, and a few minor maintenance needs. But it didn’t spoil our vacation Not sure I would rent a Vacasa property if I could help it. Stingy with supplies (2 dishwasher tabs for a party of 15 renting for a week - not enough to get us through the first day). and large deposit, cancellation policy is completely non-negotiable even 60 days out. I recommend getting the insurance.
