This non-smoking holiday apartment for 2 people is located on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope with no through traffic. One parking space is available. The apartment has a separate entrance and a terrace with patio furniture and an awning. The spacious living room features satellite TV, a stereo system, a direct-dial phone, and internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a bread slicer, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request. The bedroom features a double bed without a footboard and an adjustable slatted frame, a spacious wardrobe, a valet stand, and a radio alarm clock. The bathroom, directly adjacent to the bedroom, has a shower, toilet, bidet, and a mirror cabinet. Payment is due on-site in cash or via advance bank transfer. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., or by prior telephone arrangement. Check-out must take place by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Keys are handed over on site. Pets are allowed (for a fee of EUR 8.00 per dog, excluding food). The tourist tax, currently 3.60 euros, will be charged separately on site.
