Good price, good stay

I would recommend this condo and book again . The location is great in terms of right on the beach, parking is not a problem at all, and if you are up for a stroll everything is in walking distance. The floors were a bit dirty and the decor could use some updating but appliances were good, water pressure good and everything worked. Would have liked to have a tad bit bigger bed in the second room as it was two couples booking this and having two twin size in one room wasn't ideal.

We stay in this condo unit each year & have done so over the past 14 years in various units. This unit is a nice size for a family. Smaller condo project so very peaceful. Souvenir shop conveniently located just across the street. Short walking distant to The Hangout. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view of the ocean

Nice place to stay, pool was convenient also. Close walking distance to several restaurants. Property owner scolded us for having a cart in the doorway and threatened to charge us for any knicks or marks on the walls.

Great Condo, great beach and great family vacation!!

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thank you for all your assistance with the broken bar stool when we arrived, vacuum cleaner stopped up & dryer not drying due to lint issues. All minor problems that were taken care of and did not hinder our vacation at all. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful vacation in Gulf Shores, AL. We stayed at Tropic Isles condo - #501. The condo was and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed to prepare meals. The condo was quite and peaceful. The furnishings were comfortable and adequate. All appliances worked well (washer/dryer. dishwasher, toaster, hairdryer, microwave, stove, oven, and frig). The sunny yellow colored walls were cherry in the living room and hallway. The condo was relatively clean, but could use a thorough clean of baseboards, windowsills and floors. There were areas of the tiled floors in the second bath and kitchen that need replacing and the walls in certain areas need paint touchups. None of these were critical to our comfort though. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we had a fantastic vacation. We will return in the future!
