Location great! Beach access great, pool area good size for units. Gated area is nice. Helpful for listing to state no rackets for tennis courts. This specific unit is in need of multiple repairs/upgrades. Only one trash receptacle vs two like others. Cockroaches arrived alive while in house for the full 7 days. We did reach out to property owners for some of this and they responded quickly for the issues, still ended up finding several dead in the night stand before we left after they sprayed. For the price of rental and all the inconvenience of roaches, outlets not holding chargers in etc.front door not closing fully, carpet nasty & worn. One bedroom door didn’t close correctly, fan was knocking the whole time it was on. (They attempted to fix, but it came back) Musty smell in upstairs area would not rent this same unit again. Hope this helps others from disappointment.

Property was very nice. This unit, however, needs significant upgrading. The entire front door of the unit moved (including the frame) every time the door was opened. The front deck was also covered in bird droppings including the patio furniture. The master bath shower was small and needed updating badly especially the shower head. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Overall this was a very nice, family friendly place to stay. But this house was very subpar in comparison to the other houses on the property. Not even a grill or any beach furniture available for use. Disappointing
