The property was great the room smelled so bad we had to get air fresheners and spray to help knock out the smell! The floors and carpet were filthy!!!

Great location, views and access. Had difficulty accessing unit, wrong code was given. Customer service was not helpful. Well aware that check-in was 4pm, but 3:30 should have been acceptable check-in. The property manager was super responsive and was able to contact someone to change the code. We would def book this unit again

Condo was nice but experience is worst I’ve ever had. Too many stupid things to explain. Definitely would 100% never go here again and tell everyone I know the same.

Dated unit that needs significant updatingWe have stayed in this building multiple times and have always enjoyed it, but this unit was disappointing compared to others here.The carpet was worn, heavily stained, and had a persistent odor. We stayed for 30 days and attempted to vacuum, but the vacuum provided was broken. We ultimately purchased an air purifier for the bedroom to help with the smell.The master bed and pillows were very worn and uncomfortable, with noticeable sagging and squeaking. Bedding was minimal, and we needed to purchase additional blankets for our stay.The kitchen was missing basic items such as table knives, which we also had to purchase. The sofas and pillows in the living area were worn and uncomfortable.The balcony is the best feature of the unit and has a table and chairs, but no lounge chairs were provided. TVs are older models, and the entry door was difficult to operate.Given the value of units in this building, this condo did not meet expectations and was not equipped at the level we would expect. We would not choose to stay in this unit again unless it is fully updated.

Vacasa ugh

Hope you don’t need to use Vacasa for anything. The condo was fine a bit dated but beautiful views. The sheets on the bed are too short and not soft but that’s minor. TV in master was out and dealing with Vacasa to fix was impossible. It never got fixed, again minor in big scheme of things, but dealing with them when you are trying to relax was stupid. Heard from tech after we left on 5th day that it was an easy fix but Vacasa just screwed it up.

We have stayed at regency isle for 10+ years and have never had a complaint, but this condo needed some repairs. The first issues was the moldy smell when you walked in and was evident there has been some water issues from the many rings on the ceiling. Also the extra pillows in the closet were damp and moldy. Next, the jets in the tub did not work nor did the lock on the back door. Also, most of the legs of the furniture on the balcony were rusted out and could be a hazard for sitting. Other than these issues we had a good time. Tried to email vacasa but never received anything back.
