Beautiful condo

My family of 8 fit very comfortably. Loved the wrap around balcony with no obstruction of the gulf. Very clean and just perfect! Be sure you get a parking pass to hang in your car otherwise they said you’ll get a boot.

Family and friend vacation

Overall stay was good. Balcony was perfect view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen could definitely use some necessities added. We were able to get early check in. Parking is tight and if bringing a second car there is limited spots. Location is near a lot of good restaurants and stores. Cleanliness we were very disappointed. The first evening before even hitting the beach I was giving our daughter a bath and I could tell the rugs were not washed. I went to pick it up and a ton of sand fell off of it. All the bathroom rugs were like this. There was marks and stains all over the walls. The baseboards were all dusty and marked up as well. The freeze door constantly gets jammed up and the bedroom we were staying in the door didn’t close right. As stated in a few other reviews the front door lock is tricky. I feel like for the price we paid most of these issues could be fixed.

Family Spring Break

We had a great time spending our spring break at the beach! Our extended family joined us for the weekend, and we had enough beds and bathrooms for our group of 13 for the first half. The kitchen worked great for cooking family meals and there was enough storage for our groceries (and lots of snacks ). We loved the views of the ocean from the unit. The unit had nice spaces for us to play games and watch movies. It was great to have a reserved parking spot so close to the boardwalk to the beach. We kept all beach things in the car which made it easy for getting to and from the beach. Because the condo is a lower occupancy, it was relatively quiet and peaceful. We only had a few negatives, VRBO listing said there were two parking passes but one is a visitor spot that is very limited. Communication with the property was delayed through VRBO and then when we communicated through Vacasa in the days before booking the chat wasn’t very welcoming. Other communication through texting was fine though. As others have said, the lock was finicky.
