Sa Sini Cabot is a charming two-storey house recently refurbished, located in the area of Llenaire, in Puerto Pollensa, a very quiet area and only 100 metres from the beach.

With capacity for 8 people, this house of 160 m2 is built to offer plenty of natural light.

Entering the house, we find a bright living and dining room with two sofas. On the right hand side is a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances.

The house has 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds). All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating and access to the balcony surrounding the villa. In addition, there is a small, intimate terrace at the back overlooking the pool. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 small toilet.

Outside

The exterior of the house offers a swimming pool with sunbeds and a large terrace/porch with a table for 8 people overlooking the lawned garden. There is also a laundry area, an outside shower, a toilet, a barbecue and a ping-pong table.

Parking in private garage with automatic door available.

Situated only 100 metres from the sea you can refresh yourself in the crystal clear water of the beach or simply take a stroll with views of the mountains.

Sini Cabot is a great choice for a group or family holiday and a perfect location for cyclists as it has easy access to main roads and adequate secure space for bike storage.

Location

Sa Sini is located in the tourist area of Puerto de Pollença. Together with Alcudia (the old Roman Pollentia), Pollença and the cove of San Vicente are some of the most beautiful areas in the north of the island. Highlights include the 19th century Calvario or Roman Bridge (so called because of its resemblance to the Roman bridges), which is over the Torrent de Sant Jordi, the municipal museum, the Music Festival and numerous art exhibitions. Puerto de Pollensa preserves a long promenade and wide beaches. The Cala de San Vicente is home to a group of coves with crystal clear waters located at the foot of the Cavall Bernat and the prehistoric cave complex of l'Alzineret. Puerto de Pollença offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars with live music and a lively nightlife. The Pollença golf course is only 11 km away and the sports centre of Puerto de Pollença is 3.3 km away. Every Wednesday there is a weekly market in Calle Virgen del Carmen. The distance from the airport is 66 km.
