The Space:

Come relax in paradise in this newly built home with 2,718 square feet snuggled up on the beaches of Dauphin Island! Relax on the covered and comfortably furnished deck and breathe in the fresh salt air that is perfect for lounging and watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. Do not forget that your dog is also welcome during your visit, but you might want to wash off the sand in the outdoor shower before they come in. There is one flight to enter, however this home features a private elevator that makes getting in and out a breeze.

Situated directly on the sandy white beaches, you only have to walk down the steps to put your toes in the sand at the water's edge. You're less than three miles away from favorite local restaurants like Waves DI, Island Rainbow, and more! Alternatively, you can hop on the ferry (less than four miles from the house) across the bay to visit Ft. Morgan and Gulf Shores for an exciting day adventure.

Magnificent home right on the beach. Covered back balcony offers a breeze in the shade when you need to get out of the sun or get a bite to eat. The sun deck below is great for all times of day as well as the swing and the beach is mere steps away from the back door. The outdoor shower and water rinse areas were very helpful with removing sand and not tracking into the house. The whole place was very clean with top of the line appliances, large kitchen, and plenty of space for larger groups. The property contact was very quick to respond to any questions we had as well. We highly recommend renting a golf cart to enjoy island life and to go see the sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely be back to this property again one day!!!

The house was even better than the pictures. It was clean and well stocked. We ate all our meals on the expansive ocean front deck. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We could easily keep an eye on our children as they played in the surf. The extra drink refrigerator, stand alone ice machine, and elevator added so much convenience. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home

Spectacular family vacation

We stayed here for 5 nights, and enjoyed every day to the max. The sand of the beach is on your toes the second you step out to the patio and walk down the stairs. With the patio doors open we heard the waves from the living room, which was great. Also, it was extremely clean and overall a great stay.
