The door handle was broke so hot air just blew in the entire time. Had to stuff the handle with a shirt to try and keep hot air out. And they knew about it and didn't fix it before we stayed. Poor communication we didn't get any codes for the gates or the lock box for the keys. But other than that the place was nice.

For an economical stay it does what it needs to. There was no hair dryer like it stated. We didn’t pack one due to this, so we didn’t have one for our stay. I messaged them, said a “local” team would assist. They didn’t. There aren’t any extra blankets but there are plenty of pillows. AC worked great. Ice maker in the fridge was nice. Even after sending me multiple welcome texts and “your condo is ready” messages. No entry code was provided at check in time so I called and come to find out I hadn’t paid fully…that’s my fault, but when you get several welcome messages you think things are taken care of. Just be cautious. Obviously I paid immediately so we could get in.Then, there’s a code to go down the boardwalk to the beach, but that was not provided to us. Another tenant gave us the code thankfully! Overall, it’s a fine place but do not expect frills or great communication.

It really could have been a little better. The air unit is literally beside the one place to sleep, right by the bed like a foot away !!!! It was so loud. I would have put the bed on another wall . The bed had an old stained dirty mattress cover. It was not swept , there was toothpaste/dust under bed… lots of things are very old & barely usable in the condo. The oldest microwave I have seen,so small. So old it’s changing colors on the OUTSIDE OF IT… Lots of things are chipped/broken/old dirty…From the cabinets to the furniture… it’s just really out dated. Lord please retire the cabinet with the irons in it … it’s nearly falling apart…Not sure about the washer & dryer either… old & didn’t work right.. The bed was like an old iron squeaky bed. There was no extra covers . Just a thin sheet & thin coverlet … hardly cut the air on …a Just not a beachy feel. It did have a view of the beach … but way back, another part of hotel - parking lot was in between. So there wasn’t to bad of a walk. I think what grossed me out the most was the dried snot on the wall at the mirror/sink in bathroom. The parking is 50 no matter what… “each” vehicle , doesn’t matter how many nights ..1 or 10 . Property outside is well kept. Gym/sauna/steam room/pools are clean. I left one night early out of my 4 night stay . I was over it .
