This unit is in a prime location within walking distance of the Fireside Market & Eatery, restaurants, bars, bowling alley, movie theater, local recreation center (gym, indoor swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing wall, etc.) and of course close to the FREE shuttle bus to Winter Park Ski Resort during ski season and for some special events during off season.

This is a non-smoking ground floor unit with the following amenities to make you feel at home:
* Private 4 person hot tub on patio accessible from the living room and bedroom.
* Attached and heated 1 car garage (fits up to a mid-sized SUV; additional parking near unit):
- No having to scrape ice/snow off your windshield.
- Unload your car at your own speed and no having to lug all your belongings down long hallways, up icy stairs or into elevators.
- No need to store your items in a locker overnight, just keep it in the heated garage.
* Washer and Dryer in the unit.
* Kitchen stocked with all the basic cooking utensils and dishes to create a meal.
* 50'' HD TV in living room and 40'' HD TV in bedroom.
* Free Wifi
* Bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with a ceiling fan and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa that is upgraded with a memory foam mattress.

For those flying into Denver and don't want to rent a car, Home James Transportation offers shuttle service from DIA to Winter Park. Our condo is located right off the main road (Hwy 40) and near bus routes, hiking and biking trails. The closest restaurants are approx 400 feet away with many others within walking distance. In addition, Amtrak stops in Fraser (less than 5 minutes away) and there is taxi service in the area.

Wonderful Winter Park stay

This place has everything! Perfect location, great property, fantastic amenities. Although I was in town for a business trip, this would be the perfect spot for a ski trip- and that hot tub was the icing on the cake!

Super cute spot!

This place was much better than I was expecting, the pictures don’t do it justice! Only issue was the bed and pillows were awful. The location and the home itself were top notch and perfect for my little family of three. You’re walking distance to a grocery store and a really good breakfast spot!

Great New Year Get away

Good location. It was great being able to walk to the bus stops in order to get to the ski slopes. We liked having access to the heated garage which protected our vehicle from the snow and elements. Our kids utilized the pull out couch and it was great having access to laundry.

Great base for fun in Winter Park

I stayed for two nights on a solo vacation and really appreciated the location. It was close to the XC skiing I wanted to do and easy to walk to tons of restaurants to grab a bite to eat. The hot tub was great, too. Perfect place for a couple or single person stay.

Great location great condo

Place was as advertised and perfect for the Ms and myself. Close to EVERYTHING, including amazing trail systems that we hiked daily. Bed was comfortable, attached garage fit our jeep and was great bonus, as was the private hot tub!

Lovely condo

The condo was lovely,clean,comfortable. We had a full size pickup that we were able to park in a covered garage a very short distance from condo. There is a attached heated garage for mid size vehicles. It was super easy to catch the lift Winterpark bus so we used that vs try to park for the day. Walking to different stores and restaurants was says. We had a great time and will stay there again
