It is perfect for a family of 4. Walk out to the the gondola, the hot tub or the shops and restaurants at the base. The condo is in the most convenient location for ski in/out at Winter Park. There’s secure underground parking, easy check in, restaurants walking distance, the gondola is basically right out the door, and the condo is stocked with everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, hot cocoa, seasoning, etc). We’ll be back! The manager had great communication & was so easy to work with.

This place was amazing. Location is great, faces the village, so no loud snowcats all night. Jennifer left a jar of candies, a tray of assorted treats and there’s a WII that entertained us every night. The condo is also on the same level as the ski lockers, which is so convenient and you can skip the elevator when going to the village and just take one flight down. The village is amazing and you can ski right outside the door of the Zephyr to the gondola or lifts.

Great Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful time with an extended stay around 4th of July. The location was perfect, beautiful and the accommodations met our needs and expectations. Jennifer was very communicative through the app prior to our stay, and we had no reason (with all of her background information) to contact her during our stay.

If you know the Zephyr you know it’s the best/closest ski in ski out property in Winter Park. This condo was on the same floor as the ski lockers, exit to slopes, and hot tubs. Best location ever!!!

Walk out the condo down the hallway to grab your skis from private locker in private locker room. From there walk out the door to ski! Its even more relaxing to walk in after a great day on the slopes and leave your equipment in the locker and walk to your wrestling with skis & poles in the condo!
