This home is family oriented with children in mind. It’s also features a handicapped friendly master bathroom.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a fully equipped kitchen, it is very comfortable for long stays. It has a large living room with gas fireplace and a family room that has a large screen TV. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably along with 3 bar stools that tuck under the kitchen counter.
The deck has great views of the mountains and valley.
It is within easy driving distance to the Oregon coast.
There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway.

We rented this home for a weekend to celebrate our daughter's graduation, and it was the perfect place for such a special occasion. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of space for our family and guests to gather, relax, and enjoy time together while celebrating this important milestone.The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciated how well stocked and welcoming the home felt. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the process, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out.One thing that really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the neighbors were. They even generously offered additional parking in their driveway for some of our guests, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful during a busy celebration weekend.Our family created wonderful memories here, and we are grateful to have found such a wonderful place for this special event. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home away from home.

This neighborhood is in the heart of the Dundee Hills AVA, surrounded by vineyards, tasting rooms and our favorite local spots for dining.

What makes this property unique

This house is perfect for comfort, connection, and casual living. It has 4 bedrooms (plus queen couch in living room) and 3 bathrooms.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and silverware for 10. There is a private deck which looks over the valley and mountains.
It is walkable to several wineries and many more are just a short distance away.
There is a gas fireplace in the living room and it is family friendly with toys and equipment for children.
The driveway has spots for 6 cars for easy off street parking.
It is also within easy driving distance to Oregon beaches for delightful day trips.
