Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Check in could have had better directions. They did not explain that there’s a door code, next to the lock box. Sent a message saying I couldn’t access, and never heard back from them. I had to call Vrbo directly for them to respond with me. The inside wasn’t very clean. Hair and crumbs in the bed, and loks of dirt and grime around seems. Place was filled with bugs too, I’m not just talks ants, and gnats. There were cockroaches in the cabinet. I didn’t see until Friday night. I immediately grabbed my items and left. Ended up having to get another hotel room. Beware!
