This is a great condo in very good condition. Parking under the condo is very convenient. The area is quiet and felt really safe. The location of the property is great -- close to the beach and Main Street. I highly recommend Melt on Main Street for ice cream.Take note that though the booking is through VRBO, it is a third-party property manager. You pay VRBO a fee, but have to pay the rental fee through a third-party portal. This was a very stressful process and I made multiple calls to the property management company as well as VRBO to make sure it was legitimate. The payment portal was down so my initial reservation was cancelled for non-payment. Then, when the payment portal did not come back online, I had to pay over the phone or lose the rental again. I got on a recorded call with VRBO and they patched in the property management company. After that, the check-in and other processes were very smooth.
