The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and place in the drying rack.
Remove all trash and waste from the house and place in kitchen size or large bags in the bins outside the fence.
Clean up the yard of any and all pet waste. Expect a $100 charge if we have to clean up after your pet. All pet waste whether bagged or not placed inside a kitchen bag or larger and in the outside bin
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Loved staying here! Cute space and nice yard for my two dogs to run. We got to sit on the patio rocking chairs and watch deer and wild pigs/hogs walk by. The owner was super nice and has a cute dog too. Great space for a family and fur babies to stay. All instructions were super clear and provided everything we needed.

Wonderful guests. Really nice people and super easy to work with. They were great at communicating and taking care of the place. It warms my heart that they had a nice time.
