ARRIVAL BY CAR OBLIGATORY. The nearest beach is 1.5 km from the house. The nearest supermarket is 2.5 km from the house.
This elegant detached villa is surrounded by a large private courtyard and bordered by tall bushes, which guarantee a high degree of privacy. Adjacent to the house is a large covered terrace with garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or sunbathing. The private swimming pool is a delightful addition to enjoy your time at this relaxing Lake Garda property. A private barbecue area (charcoal) is available in the garden.
INDIVIDUAL VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL. Private courtyard. 4 bedrooms. Gymnasium. Sauna. The ground floor of the house has a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This floor also houses two double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor is a room with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a triple room with three single beds (two single beds + an additional sofa bed). Both rooms on the first floor have a large terrace. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is no air conditioning in the living areas.
In the basement there is a large cellar (basement) with a gym and sauna: two perfect facilities for a wellness holiday! Guests have exclusive access to the private villa, its private garden and private swimming pool. Parking is available within the property.
Manerba del Garda is a beautiful town on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. Besides the lake, it is also an ideal place for cycling and trekking. The area is famous for the quality of its cuisine and the many locally produced wines. The location is ideal for visiting the numerous villages along the coast of Lake Garda (Salò, San Felice, Limone, Peschiera, Sirmione, Bardolino, etc.), as well as for reaching nearby cities of historical and cultural interest such as Milan, Venice, Verona or Bologna.
We welcome all our guests on arrival to show them the villa and hand over the keys. We are happy to assist them with any questions during their stay: - Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms (not in the living area). - Staff may have access to the property during your stay for pool and garden maintenance. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please let us know in advance. - If possible, we are happy to accommodate early or late check-ins. This must be requested in advance and may incur a surcharge.
