The Space:

The space is a comfortable studio apartment that is located up one flight of stairs on the second story. There is one queen sized bed, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer for your exclusive use during your stay. The space is located to the side of/ behind a main house and has its own private entrance.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive use of the entire home during your stay. You will be able to self check in at your convenience upon arrival.



The Neighborhood:

North Park is a burgeoning, Craftsman neighborhood located in the heart of San Diego. Many things to do are only a 5 minute walk from your stay, and some of San Diego's most exciting restaurants, bars, breweries, and coffee shops are within the neighborhood. Listen to live music at The Observatory. Eat at some of the best restaurants in San Diego. With neighboring Balboa Park's beauty, hiking trails, historic buildings and architecture, world renown museums, natural exhibits and the San Diego Zoo, there's so much to do - and under 20 minutes from some of San Diego's most beautiful beaches!

While many of the day's activities can be done on foot, rideshare services and scooter rentals are readily available.
