The flat is as described. The beds were comfortably firm. Kitchen needs tea bags. The neighborhood is central to shopping, book store, queer bars, and night life. Balboa Park is a short drive or bike away. Lots of footfall and noise from the upstairs neighbor. They need to carpet their floors. The rental team was responsive and informative. A second application is required after you book with VRBO.
