Modern updates keep it comfortable — 3 bedrooms, fast WiFi, a 55” Smart TV, and a workspace— while preserved 1940s details and vintage touches from Bowling Green’s early days give the home a one-of-a-kind story. This home is centrally located in Bowling Green. It is walking distance to the Medical Center of Bowling Green, Kroger Grocery Store and multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Just 4 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to WKU, and minutes from the National Corvette Museum, Lost River Cave, and Beech Bend Park. The home features a living room with a 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace, large couch, leather loveseat, and family-friendly books and games. The fully updated kitchen and dining area includes new cookware, a coffee and tea bar, and a vintage swinging door. The renovated bathroom has a tub/shower, hotel-style amenities, and soft cotton towels. Each bedroom offers plush bedding, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, mirrors, and convenient storage. The Postcard Room queen bedroom showcases vintage Bowling Green postcards, the Mammoth Retreat Room queen bedroom is inspired by Mammoth Cave, and the upstairs Twin Loft has two twin beds for kids or extra guests. A pack 'n Play available at the home for infants/toddlers. Guests have full access to the entire home with complete privacy. Enter easily using the keyless keypad at the back entrance — your personal code will be provided before arrival and changed after each stay.
