Enjoy your vacation at THE BEST LOCATION on Folly Beach!! Sea Spot sits right on the first block of East Arctic Avenue. Only 1/2 block to all the restaurants and nightlife on Center Street, and just steps to beach access across the street. It doesn`t get any better than that on Folly. Another bonus is the top level sun deck, dining table and loungers with a side view of the calming ocean tides.

Sea Spot `Up` sleeps 8 people and offers two (2) parking spaces. Sea Spot `Down`, which is on the bottom floor, will be available for rent at a later date.

`Up` offers 3 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bath. 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds and a click-clack futon in the living room, which sleeps 1 adult or two kids. Each bedroom has a mounted Roku TV with complimentary cable stations using the Xfinity app. The full bathroom has a new garden tub/shower and new flooring. Open floor plan includes the large kitchen for cooking, bar seating, dining table and chairs and large living room with comfortable seating for the whole group. The large sun deck is attached to the living room with an Eastern view of the ocean! Other amenities on the property include a washer and dryer, outdoor shower, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.
