Enjoy relaxed desert living in this bright south-facing retreat with stunning mountain, golf course, and lake views. Featuring two bedrooms plus a spacious enclosed atrium with extra sleeping space and a cozy media area, designed for comfortable vacation living and easy desert escapes. High ceilings, sun-filled living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming atmosphere, while the private patio offers the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise coffee and unforgettable desert sunsets.
Owner may require a lease.
$5,000 security deposit- only charged if there are damages.
$250 credit towards gas and electric for monthly stays, anything above that is paid by tenant.
Owner has personal items in garage. Garage may not be used for parking.
Parking is on driveway and across the street.
There is a ring doorbell and a security camera facing the golf course for security when house is vacant.
No pets allowed of any kinds and no smoking anywhere on the property
