Foothill hiking trails are only minutes away and a quick drive to Brighton, Snowbird/Alta, Solitude and Park City resorts. Accessible and close to downtown SLC, the U. of Utah, and major medical centers.

The host lives on-site in a completely separate basement unit.

Guests enjoy a private, entire-home experience with no shared interior spaces. The host is available if needed but otherwise respects guest privacy.

The property was better than expected and our family of six loved our stay. The sunsets from the deck were amazing and definitely a highlight. The place was cozy and spotless. And, the location was perfect for our many hikes around the area. Will was welcoming, a fast communicator, and a wonderful accommodating host! Definitely recommend the property!
