Bedroom 2: Equipped with a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space.

Bedroom 3: Also with a queen-sized bed, ideal for friends or family sharing the space.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with ample counter space for preparing meals. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need.

Other Things to Note

Ongoing Renovations: The building is undergoing some light renovations, so you may experience noise during weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. The beach and pool areas remain unaffected by this.

Pool Hours: The heated swimming pool is open daily, but please note that it may be closed for maintenance on weekdays. Check with the building staff for the current schedule.

Parking Fees: Valet parking is available for guests at a daily rate, typically between $20–$175 depending on the length of your stay. Please plan accordingly and arrange parking upon check-in.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules.

Building Policies: For your safety and comfort, please adhere to the building's noise regulations, especially during nighttime hours. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the penthouse or on the balconies. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.

No Parties or Events: To ensure the comfort of all residents, parties and large gatherings are not allowed. The unit is for quiet, family-friendly stays.

No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the penthouse. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Noise: Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly on the balconies and near shared areas like the pool and corridors. Respect the neighbors and avoid disruptive sounds.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or loss during their stay. Please notify us immediately if any issues arise, so we can resolve them promptly.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book the penthouse.
