Wonderful quite home with great views and location
A very quite home with everything you need and lots of animals out the back door framed by the amazing mountains behind. A great clean pool a short walk and a wonderful trail at the end of the street. Will come back again.
The house is very nice and well situated. My only real complaint is the long time it takes to respond to my texts.

Could use some updates
We enjoyed our stay and liked the location. The twin beds were not very comfortable. Could use a larger coffee maker. We had 4 people and a coffee maker that only brewed 5 cups.Having the office was nice since one our party had to work while we were there.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the location. It’s great to know that the office space was helpful for your party member who needed to work. We truly apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the twin beds and the coffee maker situation. Your suggestions for a larger coffee maker and more comfortable bedding are valuable, and we will be sure to pass them along to our local team for consideration.
We appreciate your insights, as they help us improve our guests' experiences. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon.
The location of the property and the views are wonderful. The only issue we have with the property is when you walk into the home, it leaves much to be desired. The inside of the home looks like it’s been furnished with garage sale leftovers. The couches and chairs are very uncomfortable. Non of the art on the walls were cohesive. The king size bed was thankfully comfortable.
The best part about our stay, was the location nestled in the foothills. We walked in the desert every day. I love the unit itself and had a good nights sleep there. The property is in desperate need of a handyman the electrical outlets in the bathrooms don’t work, and the promised hair blower was either well hidden or nonexistent, I ended up buying my own hair blower and had to use it in the bedroom. Despite all of that the place is lovely.

Peace and quiet in the Catalina Foothills!
I have lived in Tucson off and on since 1987 so I know the Old Pueblo quite well. My wife and I have stayed in many vacation condos and townhomes in Tucson and they are always in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. The location of this property is quite exceptional if you are looking for peace and quiet. It is situated at the northern end of the development and is far away from the main road so the only sounds you hear are the birds. The view on Finger Rock is exceptional from the living room.
As shown in the photos, the home has not been remodeled and many of the features and furnishings are original but very clean. We particularly enjoyed looking at the book collection and decorations from the 1970's. It reminded us of our grandparent's home and that is something we rarely experience anymore. The patio home (adjoining on one side) has newer kitchen appliances, HVAC and hot water heater. I have been in property management for 30 years so I notice these details. We would definitely stay at this unique and vintage property in the future, and I recommend it to others which is something I rarely do.
