Townhouse located 300 m from Martim de Sá beach, the best beach in Caraguatatuba, with 2 bedrooms, 2 WC, living room, kitchen, laundry area and furnished. It has all the basic items: Fridge, stove, crockery, cutlery, pots, etc. Comfortably accommodates eight people. The property has a pool for collective use, barbecue, garage for a medium size vehicle and gardens.
It is on a paved street, perpendicular to the beach avenue, in front of the number 8 kiosk.
