The property has a pool for collective use, barbecue, garage for a medium size vehicle and gardens.

Espaço muito melhor do que mostra as fotos. Ótima localização, próximo a praia. Lugar ideal para ir com a família, as crianças adoraram. Muito tranquilo e seguro. Uma única sugestão: investir em uma TV melhor. A que tem é muito antiga (tubo) e os canais que conseguimos conectar só foi possível ouvir o áudio, pois a imagem estava muito ruim Um destaque especial para a Suzana, que foi quem nos recebeu, muito simpática, prestativa e nos atendeu prontamente sempre que precisamos. Com certeza é um diferencial. Voltaremos com certeza. Obrigada pelos dias incríveis que passamos em Caraguatatuba.

Todas as informações mencionadas nas avaliações anteriores estão condizentes ao imóvel. Na cozinha falta algumas vasilhas para guardar alimentos na geladeira, o quarto dos fundos tem um cheiro muito forte, mas conforme a Susana informou é da madeira. A localização é ótima, pertinho da praia e um bairro muito tranquilo. Agora a nota 10 vai para Susana, a zeladora. Atendimento excepcional, atenciosa, educada, está sempre a disposição a ajudar no que for precisa. Super indico a locação.

Gostei muito pretendo voltar a casa muito boa Tudo limpo . Obs. Só um detalhe e que as vezes tinha um mau cheiro como se fosse de esgoto. Tinham q ver oq pode ser isso até mesmo tampar os ralinhos pra ver se diminuía este cheiro . No resto e foi tudo ótimo. Casa muito aconchegante piscina limpa e bem próximo da praia nem precisava ir de carro. Gostei muito e pretendo voltar.
