This beautiful, single-level, family-friendly home is located in a private gated community with sweeping mountain views. Outside, this vacation rental features a private backyard with a sparkling pool and a cascading waterfall pool spa. Prepare a little something special on the gas grill and dine together alfresco under the umbrella. Inside, the open floor plan is fantastic for entertaining and includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the casual table—ideal for family game nights—or meet up in the more elegant dining area. The primary suite features a bed, a TV, and an attached full bath, providing the perfect layout for comfort and relaxation. The remaining three bedrooms are comfortable and excellent for a great night's stay. Added home conveniences include complimentary WiFi and a high-capacity washer/dryer.

This home is convenient to several popular Palm Springs area events including the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, and numerous equestrian events at the Empire Polo Club located just two miles away. Visit Palm Desert for spas, boutiques, and plenty of restaurants, just 11 miles away. Or spend your days playing rounds of picturesque golf or tennis, and your nights experiencing the nightlife and sampling some of the area's iconic and historic steakhouses.

Things to Know
For long-term stays over 28 nights there is a utility deposit that needs to be collected at the time of booking. $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays..
-This covers the utility bills (electric/gas).
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Noise from gatherings during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Very difficult to communicate with the property management. Never got instructions on how to get access to the entrance gate, and where it was. Finnaly got a gate pass on the last night. Heated pool. Yes, 49 dollars a day Additional fee for it is ridiculous. Good amenities. Clean place.

Spent a wonderful with my family and my Godmothers family. The house layout was perfect and the culinary equipment allowed me to cook award winning meals. And I was able to take advantage of the golf course!

Loved staying here during Stagecoach weekend! This home was perfect for what we needed. Great kitchen space, spacious living room, nice bedrooms, and the pool was an absolute plus! I will say one of the bedrooms has a water bed (lol) which we were not expecting. Either we missed it on the description or it didn't say it. We could not have asked for a better house while we were staying in the desert!

Cute house- guard gate is a nightmare

The house was cute. Great layout and well stocked. The neighbors a few doors down partied late both nights with super loud music. The guard gate took over 30 minutes to get through every time we had to go back to the house. Won’t stay there again for the lacrosse tournament. A transmitter would have been helpful and much more efficient since we were exhausted coming back from spending long days at the field for the tournament and had to sit forever in line to get back in.

Horrible check in process

The door code provided in the check in instructions by was not correct and we had to wait for 3 hours outside in 120 degree weather and couldn’t get a timely response to resolve the issue and didn’t get a response at all from the property manager after we complained. Deep cleaning was not done, there was also glasses in the pool and on the floor in the living room. Very disappointing stay!
