Welcome to your next sunny getaway! This welcoming and airy home enjoys a fantastic location within four miles of downtown Gilbert. Find plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores nearby. With its proximity to Sky Harbor Airport, Top Golf, downtown Gilbert, and more, you will find this place the perfect home base for all your adventures! Upon entering, you will be greeted with colorful decor, warm tones, and a glimpse of your backyard oasis. Spend most of your time outside soaking up the sunshine in true relaxation mode by the sparkling pool (please note, the pool is not heated), grilling a bite to eat, hanging out around the firepit, or partaking in a game of cornhole. Inside, there is ample room for everyone to enjoy their stay and be able to 'get away' at the end of the day. The main living area enjoys plenty of comfy sofas and a smart TV to keep you entertained during your stay. Curl up on your favorite sofa and stream your favorite movies and shows, or challenge your best friend to a round of chess. The wood-burning fireplace will keep you nice and toasty if you are visiting during the winter months.

Great kitchen to cook in had a lot of pans, baking dishes and the like. Kitchen was part of the large living room so the cooks didn’t feel left out of the celebration. Great easy walk out to the back yard with fire pit.

The house is great with plenty of spaces, pool was awesome and it’s close to everything. We had a little bit of a rough start with the pool being unclean upon arrival but was quickly resolved the next morning. The house/kitchen was fully stocked and was super clean inside. This is a very nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of things are close for shoppjng and dining. The house i very well stocked for cooking at home. We would definitely stay here again.

This home had everything we needed. We are locals living less than ten miles from this VRBO, but needed a place to stay while renovating our home. The house is large, lovely, and stocked with everything we could imagine. We are so grateful the owners are dog friendly and we could live comfortably for two weeks, getting our quiet Labrador out of the construction zone. We all enjoyed hanging out in the back yard, watching football on the outdoor television while she enjoyed wandering around the yard. The kitchen had everything and the living room was very comfortable. The small office space was comfortable and we telecommuted several days from the rental. This is a home where you just need your toothbrush to be at home. Nice neighborhood close to shopping and dining.
