This comfy holiday cottage is located on the island's north coast. Sosua is famous for its beaches. It has an international community which fuels the nightlife scene. it is set in a green area in the hills of Sosua - in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates. It is just 10 minutes by car to Sosua downtown with its busy nightlife and restaurants; it is also only approximately 15/20 minutes from Cabarete's Kite Beach.
The detached cottage features a living/sleeping area with two single beds and a modern bathroom with a shower. There's a flatscreen TV and a fridge and kettle for added convenience. It can accommodate 1-2 people comfortably and has two single beds, TV, Fridge, Wi-Fi, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Ceiling Fan and small veranda. It can be rented separately from the main villa.
Set within a group of only 3 villas, the cottage is situated in the grounds of a modern resort. Its landscape boasts magnificent open spaces with fruit and tropical plants that adorn the garden.
The Casita is a standalone cottage and if booked, will have sole use of the pool as the other villa on the premises will not be rented out as well (if one is rented, the other one will be unavailable for booking).
Guest will have use of the swimming pool, there also is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. A gas fired BBQ is available for use and they have use of the surrounding gardens. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates. (Please note: there are no cooking facilities available in the Casita - Room Only).
The accommodation is only 7-10 minutes away by car to downtown Sosua where you will find local supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and the beaches.
