Renovierungsbedürftiges Ferienhaus

Von außen macht das Ferienhaus einen guten Eindruck, bei näherem Hinschauen erwies es sich jedoch als äußerst renovierungsbedürftig. Diverse Türstöcke im Innenbereich waren kaputt, Steckdosen aus der Wand gerissen (für Kleinkinder äußerst gefährlich), sowie Wände und Schränke im Obergeschoss beschmiert. Es war keinerlei Mückenschutz an den Fenstern angebracht, obwohl durch das Tropfen der Klimaanlage im Außenbereich äußerst viele Mücke da waren. Nachts musste mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen werden. Der Außenbereich war schön zu nutzen, Pool in Ordnung und auch der Grill konnte gut genutzt werden. Generell sehr lieblos gestaltet, für die Sonnenliegen im Außenbereich war lediglich eine völlig verschmutze Auflage vorhanden.
