No Smoking Indoors: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Violations incur a cleaning fee.
Cleanliness: Keep the property tidy. Dispose of trash and recyclables in the outdoor bins. Significant mess or damage may result in additional fees.
No Shoes Indoors: Remove shoes upon entering to maintain cleanliness.
No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted. Violations will result in cleaning fees and possible cancellation of the reservation.
Fireplace Use: Use only the provided dry firewood. Never leave the fire unattended and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room or sleeping.
