The studio offers a King side bed and sofa sleepers, a full kitchen, full kitchen, washer and dryer.

There is one dedicated parking space and additional overflow parking available on a first come, first serve basis.

The property is a second floor unit with no elevator, yet the limited number of units on property provide plenty of enjoyment at the onsite pool.

The primary guest must be 25 years of age to rent.
