Villa in Pula (8 people) with private pool .The house is located 2000 m from the center of Pula, 500 m from the sea and 1500m from the beach. The nearest shops and restaurants are 500 m.



House is surrounded by other family houses, in a quiet neighborhood, and it is not suitable for parties!










The ground floor is about 60 m² size and consists of the following rooms: A living room with a flat screen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, a coffee machine, dishwasher and a dining area as well as an bathroom with a shower. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and gril. For solo use there is a pool with sun beds and outside shower. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. There is a parking for three cars.
