About this property

Bright 4BR Home w/ Pool, 20 min from Disney World

This 4BR/3BA bright, residential home has room to sleep 8 -- perfect for a joint family trip! The home is in a gated community, which is very safe and quiet. The community also offers a tennis court and playground, which are conveniently located ~500 feet from our home.

The home is family-friendly and exceptionally comfortable, with a luxurious King size bed in the Primary Suite, a Queen size bed in the lower bedroom, and two kids rooms, each with two Twin size beds. All bedrooms, except for one of the kids' rooms, have smart TVs. There is plenty of room to lounge, with two indoor living rooms (one with a 43" Smart TV), a game room (complete with a pool table and darts), and of course, the backyard pool and patio. We also have a Ring security system monitoring the front door for additional safety.

Our pool typically stays warm enough to enjoy on hot days, but please note we DO NOT heat the pool or spa water. This means that both the pool and spa temperature will fluctuate depending on the air temperature and sun conditions. Water temperatures can dip into the 60s during cooler months, which may not be comfortable for extended periods of use.

There are a plethora of amazing restaurants and bars within a < 10min drive, and we also have a fully-loaded kitchen with utensils and dining ware to make a feast at home.

We offer our guests tennis rackets and balls, beach towels, complimentary in-unit washer-dryer use, iron + ironing board, complimentary K-cups and tea (we recommend sipping your hot cup of morning caffeine on the outdoor patio by the pool -- ultimate relaxation!), a dishwasher, hair dryers, a crib, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap).

The home is conveniently located, only 25 minutes from the Walt Disney parking lot, 35 minutes from Seaworld, and 40 minutes from Universal Studios parking. If you're looking for a day trip away from the theme parks, Tampa Bay, Daytona Beach, and Kennedy Space Center are all about a 1 - 1.5 hour drive away.
