Second story with vaulted ceiling.The screened lanai offers a view of the first hole and lake with lighted fountain. Peaceful. Enjoy all that the clubhouse has to offer including a restaurant, tennis courts, bocce ball courts,pickleball and putting green. The condo was located 15 minutes from the major RSW airport, ten minutes to I-75 and 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach 25 minutes gorgeous Sanibel Island , Come stay in paradise ! No pets. No smoking Carport parking for one car, guest parking available
