There are 2 full baths on the main level, one is in the master bedroom.
Downstairs you will find a second living room area with a Queen sized futon andflatscreen TV hanging up. There is a kitchenette featuring counter space and seating with a microwave and mini fridge. The 3rd and final full bath is located downstairs.



*There is no usage of garage at this property, you can park anywhere in the driveway. No street parking allowed.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates- Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
