This beautiful villa is private - but the pool and barbecue area is shared with the hosts who live in the adjacent villa. There is one parking space in a garage which belongs to the private use of the villa. If guests want to book the second parking space in the garage, an extra fee will apply. The access is 2 m tall.

The pool is closed from October till May.
Homeowner's two cats use to roam freely in the garden.
Please note that from the garage area to the entrance of the property there are 50 steps on 5 flights of stairs, so this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

This stunning private villa is located in Colonno and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Colonno’s public beach is just a 2-minute walk from the villa (190 m), and for a longer walk, guests can follow the Greenway del Lago di Como hiking trail. There is a restaurant located just a 4-minute walk away (300 m) and it is a 5-minute drive to the nearest supermarket (1.8 km). Milan Malpensa airport is located 1 hour 4 minutes away by car. (69 km).
