Welcome to this beautiful semi-detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac—a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy yourself. With approximately 101 m² of living space, you’ll find a lovingly furnished holiday home that delights with its comfort and relaxed, maritime atmosphere.

The upper floor features three bedrooms for restful nights: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and another with a double bed. All beds measure 90 x 200 cm. Also on this floor is a bright full bathroom with natural light and a Raindance shower.

The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and a cosy wood-burning stove. Another bathroom with natural light and a floor-to-ceiling rain shower provides additional comfort. A particular highlight: The south-facing terrace with its motorised awning and the fenced-in garden with a beach chair exude authentic Baltic Sea charm and invite you to relax.

Two parking spaces are available right next to the house for your arrival. The wood-burning stove is welcome to be used from October through April and ensures cosy moments during the cooler months. Dogs are very welcome—even our four-legged guests can feel right at home here. There’s a lockable shed for the bicycles you bring along.
