The "Carpe diem" holiday home in the tranquil, beautiful village of Rysum/Krummhörn is a highlight for the whole family! With 108 m² of living space and more than 60 m² of covered usable area, you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday with your family and friends, complete with a private sauna and hot tub. This lovingly furnished, country-style holiday home offers sleeping accommodation for six, consisting of two double beds (each with a 180-cm sleeping surface) and two single beds (each with a 90-cm sleeping surface). A bedroom with a double bed and a state-of-the-art bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead are located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms and the second bathroom, which also features underfloor heating, are located on the upper floor. The built-in kitchen is equipped with the latest technology, includes all standard appliances, and blends elegantly into the overall design. In the adjacent dining room, you can enjoy wonderful game nights in front of the wood-burning stove.<br>On the upper floor, you’ll also find a small additional living room with a TV.<br><br>A covered extension leads you to the home’s “wellness area”: a modern sauna for up to two people, a hot tub with LED lighting, and cosy lounge chairs will provide the relaxation and rejuvenation you need during your holiday! <br><br>The holiday home was extensively renovated in 2021 and sits on a large, fully fenced lot (approx. 700 m²) with a spacious driveway providing parking for at least three cars. The outdoor area also features a covered seating area and a barbecue area for cosy evenings with your loved ones. For our younger guests, the garden features a play structure complete with a swing and slide. A children’s seating set, a stroller/tricycle with a canopy, and a Bobby Car with a caravan and handlebar are also available. A walker is available for guests with limited mobility.<br><br>Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available free of charge; a travel cot and high chair can also be provided upon request. Up to two pets (dogs) are also welcome!<br><br>There are plenty of things to do in the area: for example, you can reach a beautiful natural beach in about 20 minutes by bike, the dike in 10 minutes on foot, or Emden or Greetsiel in 15 minutes by car!
