Holiday Apartment No. 44 in the Sünnslag holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This cosy 4-room apartment with a south-facing balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Spanning two levels, the approximately 75 m² holiday apartment offers plenty of space for six people to enjoy a break from everyday life. The apartment features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The beach is approximately 400 m from the Sünnslag complex.

From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony. In the living area, a comfortable upholstered seating area and an inviting dining area create a cosy atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by an LCD flat-screen TV and a stereo system with CD and Bluetooth. The apartment also features two additional LCD flat-screen TVs (in two bedrooms), a DVD and Blu-ray player, and a second stereo system with radio, CD player, and Bluetooth. For our younger guests, a travel cot, a high chair, a toy stroller, and play and art supplies are available.

The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a capsule coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The apartment also features a washing machine with an integrated dryer. Parquet flooring has been installed throughout the entire apartment.

The first bedroom is located in the basement and is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers. A stereo system and a flat-screen TV are also available. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a modern box-spring bed (200 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The windows are darkened with pleated blinds and curtains. You can access the upper floor via the interior staircase in the entryway. There, you’ll find another bedroom with a cosy double bed and a chest of drawers. Roller shades are provided for blackout.

The apartment has a tiled shower room with a heated towel rack. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be parked in a bike rack attached to the building. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace.
